Nature of Service
Cache Vibes is a proprietary technology platform. Our AI assistant, Luna, facilitates travel searches and provides recommendations. We are not a licensed travel agency or a direct carrier.
User Confirmation Requirement
Luna does not execute financial transactions autonomously. All bookings, reservations, and payments require explicit, manual confirmation by the User within the interface.
Merchant of Record
CacheVibesEnt, Inc. acts as the Merchant of Record for platform facilitation fees. Third-party providers (Hotels, Airlines, Restaurants) remain the providers of the end-service and are subject to their own respective terms.
