Cache Vibes Concierge connects Luna to the Instagram account for your short-term rental. When a guest messages you about a stay, Luna handles the conversation from first question to paid deposit, and hands it to you the moment a person is needed.
HOW IT WORKS

Connect your Instagram professional account.
You approve the connection on Instagram, and you can remove it at any time from Instagram’s Apps and Websites settings.

Guests message you or comment your keyword.
A guest who sends a direct message, or who comments a keyword such as STAY on one of your posts, gets a reply from Luna in their inbox.

Luna qualifies the stay.
It asks for travel dates and guest count, and answers questions about the property from the notes you provide.

Luna quotes and collects the deposit.
The guest receives a price and a secure payment link. Payment is processed by Stripe; card details never pass through Luna.

You get the lead.
Luna texts you at every handoff and again when a deposit is paid, then confirms the booking to the guest. You can take over any conversation at any time.
What Luna does and does not do with your Instagram data
Reads only the messages sent to your connected account and comments on your own posts, and only to run these booking conversations for you.
Reads your account id and username to match messages to your property.
Never posts to your feed, never edits or deletes anyone’s comments, and never messages anyone who has not messaged or commented first.
Keeps conversation history for a short window, then deletes it automatically.
